CONDITIONS LABEL-LABEL CONSUMERS

Ordering
You can order the Label-Label in the webshop. Furthermore you can buy the Label-Label in several other (web)shops. For more information please contact us: info@label-label.com.

Prices
The mentioned prices include German VAT. We will charge you the valid price at the moment of ordering. Private persons in EU-countries pay the prices inclusive German VAT.

Shipment
We send you the Label-Label by mail.

Shipment, package and administration charges
We charge the following charges for shipment, packaging and administration:
Germany: free
Benelux: free
Rest of Europe: € 1,50
Outside Europe: € 3,50

Term of delivery
We try to deliver your order as soon as possible (approximately 1,5 week). If unexpectedly the products you order are not in stock, we will let you know. You can either choose to order an alternative or put your order in backorder.

Partial deliveries
Label-Label is allowed to make partial deliveries. In these cases you are only charged once for shipment charges.

Methods of payment
We can offer the following methods of payment:

Germany:
- direct debit of your bankaccount
- payment in advance
- Worldpay for creditcard payments

Benelux:
- payment in advance
- Worldpay for creditcard payments

Other countries:
- payment in advance
- Worldpay for creditcard payments

We will charge your bank account via direct debit after delivery of the goods.

Other conditions

Design protection
The design of the Label-Label has been protected (OHIM registered community design no. 000325279-0001). This means that it is not allowed to copy the Label-Label. Label-Label will undertake legal action against any violation.

Protection of mark
The rights of the mark Label-Label are owned by Label-Label. Label-Label will undertake legal action against any violation of these rights.

Reservation of ownership
The delivered goods remain the property of Label-Label untill these are fully paid for.

Guarantee
Label-Label checks every product before packing for damage or production errors. If anything is wrong with your product, except normal wear, you can return the Label-Label. If it is a production error, we will send a new Label-Label for free and will refund the postage. We will only handle sufficiently stamped complaints. We point out that the Label-Label may shrink a little at the first time washing, because of the natural materials that have been used.

Goods returned
Your purchase will be binding, if it is not withdrawn within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Withdrawal is possible by sending back the goods (sufficiently stamped) to Label-Label (PO Box 1461, NL 3818ZH Amersfoort Netherlands). If the goods are not yet delivered, you can withdraw your order in writing.
The products must be unused, undamaged and still in the original package. The return shipment has to be sufficiently stamped. If insuffuciently stamped, we reserve the right to charge you the extra postal charges. We will refund you the costs of the return shipment after receipt of the goods.
If the products are used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund.
If the products are damaged, when you receive them, let us know in writing within two weeks.
Return of goods is not possible, when you order a personalized product. In these circumstances the purchase is binding from the moment we receive your order.

Protection of personal data
Your data will only be used by Label-Label and will not be given to any third party.

The copyrights of the website, other texts, pictures or expressions of Label-Label are owned by Label-Label. Use of texts or pictures is only allowed with our written permission. Label-Label is pleased to send press material on request ( info@label-label.com).
